Friday, September 10 Solvang Parks & Receation hosts "Rec & Roll" Skating Party The public is invited to enjoy roller skating at Solvang Veterans Hall, 1745 Mission Drive. Enjoy a DJ playing music and refreshments for purchase. Families with children ages 10 and under are encouraged to come from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Open skate for all ages will be from 8 to 10 p.m. Skate rentals are available for $5 per person, but people are encouraged to bring their own skates because the rentals may “sell out.” The entrance fee is $6 for skaters and spectators alike.
